The Malaysian Insider, the latest online news-zine, carries this incredible shot of Thursday's mammoth rally at Han Chiang School field in Penang. The editors quoted that a headcount of 30,000 would be a conservative estimate. The DAP which hosted the event had asked for people to show up in red. i've been receiving SMSes that a similar mammoth crowd showed up at Anwar's rally in Lembah Pantai. Can't wait to see those pictures, too. The Rakyat awakes.
